Once you log in to your Native Blogging Netowrk blog,  you will see four main links in the top of the page.

Those links are : Write  -  Manage  -   Design  -  Comments

To change the theme of your blog, click on the Design link.

Once you have clicked on Design, you will see a row of links appear underneath the tabs.

You should already be automatically taken to the theme page, but if not, click on the Themes Link.

You should now see 5 rows of themes, each row has 3 themes, with a small thumbnail of the theme, title and description.

This new version of wordpress now has a preview action. So you can now see your theme in action on your blog. To see a preview of the theme, click on the theme image, and a window will appear with a live preview of this theme in action.

at the top of this little window, you will see two links. One link on the left corner and another link on the right corner.

The link on the left corner says “Close”. Clicking on this link will close the little window and take you back to the theme directory page.

The link on the right corner says “Activate this theme”. If you like the theme preview and have decided that this is the theme for you, then click on that link. It will make that theme, the default for your blog.

We currently have over 95 themes in our directory and are constantly adding more themes, so don’t forget to go through all the pages of themes before making your choice.

Happy Templating everybody!!

Can I have a custom Theme?

By admin. Posted in faq | No Comments »

YES & No. We now do offer the option of giving our users custom themes.

But this option is not available to everybody. If you have made yourself a custom theme for your blog, you can submit it to us for review. When you submit your theme, you must provide your username and blog name.

We will then review your theme and look through your theme code for any possible security issues.

If it all seems to be in order, we will then upload your them to our user theme repository and activate to your blog.

What does all that mean? It means, we will activate it so it works only on your blog. So no other Native Blogging Network users can use your theme. Your theme will stay 100% unique to your blog only.

To submit your theme for review go to our submission page.

You can also use this form to submit your public themes as well.
